I'm 25, 16.5% bf at 195lbs.

If I do morning cardio 4 mornings a week on an empty stomach and I have a good diet, how much fat will I lose per week on avg?
 
Low that depends on lots of factors man. I do army morning pt 3 days a week that is pretty hard, and it's hard to gain weight. I do feel like I have lost fat though
 
1 kg (2.2lbs) = 7700Kcal

it really depends what your current caloric deficit is. for example, 500kcal deficit a day = 3500kcal a week, = roughly half a kilo, or 1lb of weight loss per week.

that is just really REALLY black and white though. so many other factors.
 
ahh i understand, i dont really count calories, i try to eat about 6 small meals a day spread out 2 - 3 hours. consists of 3 protein+water shakes and 3 meals. low carb. (im starting this) hoping to cut my bf % down to 10
 
this is hypocritical of me to say, because i dont do it (not really trying to lose weight at the moment...i probably should but my strength gains are too encouraging right now), but if you are planning on being serious about cutting fat and tracking progress, you should really start counting. that way, if your progress stalls, you have a far better chance of figuring out why.
 
true that, I'm going to start keeping a log of how long I was on the treadmil and what distance I ran. Thanks guys!

1.023 lbs a week. But if your cardio is walking from the car to McDonalds...you can make this up easily. Best of luck.
