I really suck at these. I can usually only do about 6 or 8, then my next 2 sets I drop dramtically. I really don't have much of an excuse either, I only weigh 108lbs. ( i am a obviosly a chick).
Well I saw this thread yesterday so I tried it out today at the gym........ I can only do 6 @ 134lbs. Damn I'm a weak chick. But I never do them (is that a good excuse?) I'm going to add them to my workouts. My goal is 20 now!
