well the pros are so fuckin big already they dont even have to workout, but they do workout hard, but I go to golds at venice and including the pros i think i am the most intense fool in there, Ive done 5 plates on each side of the hammer strength flat bench for 14 reps, and I saw craig titus do it for only 8, but hell it doesnt matter how much you push or whatever, its what you look like, and the workouts I have posted are no bullshit, I do that shit to a T. Kelly ryan and christian loberade's girlfriend just sit back and trip off my workout, I am real intense, it doesnt matter if I do 25lbs or 100, I do the shit till my fuckin skin busts, and I just have to bend over for about 30 seconds after I do a set to fuckin failure, thats the only way your gonna grow and get props or respect over at venice.
