Can you guys help me determine the number of calories I should be taking in each day? My main goal is fat loss.
I've heard everything from (12 x bodyweight) to (10 x bodyweight) to (12 x bodyweight - 500) and am not sure where to start.
Also - macronutrient ratios? What's a good breakdown?
I'm new to all this :/
Also I should add that I really admire how supportive and positive you ladies are towards each other! This is such a positive community and I am glad to be a part of it, depsite the fact that I have little to offer at the moment.
