I lifted 6 years... I finally gave in after I got sick and lost 12lbs from a flu... 12lbs that took me almost a year to put on naturally.... with my first cycle, I put on 15. .. from then on, I never looked back.
Trained for about 1 month a year since i was about 13 yrs old but i never stuck with it. When i was 27 i started and stuck with it and am now almost 30 (next month) but i waited 1 1/2 years after starting seriously. I only plan to do 2 cycles a year and so far have only done 2.
There was some guy who I think posted on the diet board, that had never worked out before in his life, took andro for one week while starting to work out, then hit the juice.
