Anything buffalo flavored is going to have an assload of sodium. I use some of the best buffalo sauce around on my cheat day sometimes and one tbsp has 400mg sodium. Too much sodium = water retention
Try adding penut butter to a chicken sami makes it thai.
I just BBQ mine with a light BBQ sauce as that stuff is loaded w sugar also.
I prefer thighs to breasts, thighs have higher protein per oz.
