Even better, what's some good recipes for chicken. It gets old eating it grilled and BBQ. What's some good ways to bake it but in a health way

Cut into little pieces, marinate over night in diluted soy sauce and herbs, then fried.

I do about 2kg at a time to last throughout the week then freeze it with some veggies and rice like little premade meals.

i eat my chicken plain as hell. i bake it in the oven, no seasonings/salt/etc. i usually eat about 9oz chicken breast with around 1 tbl spoon of bbq sauce :)

I dont mind baking mine in a deep tray add salsa,garlic,onions and some kidney beans

I personally can't stand chicken on the Foreman grill.. It always leaves this funky, burnt char on the skin. A good grill char is one thing, but the Foreman just leaves me unimpressed.

My favorite is grilled on my Big Green Egg. Oven baked if I'm in a hurry or feeling lazy
 
Simple...marinade in olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, minced garlic, and pepper...BBQ over mesquite on a Weber, golden brown and juicy...slice up and throw on top of mixed greens with my homemade salad dressing, or if earlier in the day on top of brown rice.

+1 on the foreman grille....that fucking thing should be outlawed. All it does is make gross dry shit. Someone bought me a huge one years ago. I threw that fucker out.

I grille my chicken. Its the only way i can eat it plain without choking on it.

It is possibly to stir fry in grape seed oil without burning the oil and turning it unhealthy because it has a super high smoke point but you have to be careful.
 
Crockpot produces the best chicken i've ever eaten.. I fill it up with about 6-7 lbs, a cup of water, and various spices.. Throw it on low over night .. delicious.
 
Boil it in 1/2broth, 1/2water and italian seasoning(turn the heat on high for the first 10mins then turn it down really low and cover it for 15-20min then let it's sit in it off for 20min) that's how I always eat mine
 
Browned on each side for 5 minutes in olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chile powder and marjoram (or oregano).

Then bake in a 375 oven till ~155 inside. Let it rest and it will reach 160. Then it's peeerrfect :)
 
Yea I prefer grilled but I guess it's just not the "healthiest" way to have it.. I have now started steaming my chicken but it's always just so dry :(

Foreman makes chicken into leather.

I grille all year round i dont care if its 10 degrees out.

baking chicken in the oven retains the most internal juice and makes it easiest to eat after its been refridgerated.

I never ever eat fast food but.....

I had Kentucky Grilled chicken the other day and it was awesome! How bad could it be?

In Cali, they have Pollo Loco which is the best fast food chicken in the world!! No Pollo Loco in Colorado though :(

I usually bake a dozen breasts at a time too. Then throw my container on my scale and scissor off as much as I need. Add carbs or fats depending on time of day.

I'm burnt on chicken too but trying to cut and its the cheapest source of clean protein by far.
 
Yea I am trying to cut as well, I just got tired of grilling so I cut all the fat off the chicken and baked it, I will be doing that a lot more

Great idea to coat your chicken in sugar. You should bread it and fry it too.

Try marinating in olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, & pepper...much better alternative to grocery store bought salad dressings.

Anything buffalo flavored is going to have an assload of sodium. I use some of the best buffalo sauce around on my cheat day sometimes and one tbsp has 400mg sodium. Too much sodium = water retention
 
Try adding penut butter to a chicken sami makes it thai.
I just BBQ mine with a light BBQ sauce as that stuff is loaded w sugar also.
I prefer thighs to breasts, thighs have higher protein per oz.

The bbq sauce I use regularly has nothing in it except 5g sugars per 2 tbsp. I try and use half that amount and add a little grape seed oil to it.

Thanks bro. I am hoping to video the full three plates next week. Yes smith machine due to the fact I can use lock outs and a bar stop to keep from tearing my shoulders or worse. And i only lift heavy one week per month rest of the time its all dumbels and high reps. I was amazed how easy the 265 was twice no spot. Legit to parallel. On the video I am going to go negative so no bishes talk smack. And to think I started 10 weeks ago and I could just do 185 once. It's really nice being one of the strongest guys at the gym again.

It depends on my mood. But since most of the time I'm on a diet I prefer chicken to be steam although there are times that I want it fried or grilled.
