I did a search and there were a lot of different theories. I like BigAndy's. I am 183 and about 18%bf. So for me it would be:
(183 x .82 x 10) + (183 x 2.5) = ~1960
So I take it from that I would have to eat 500 less per day?? But what if I also burn 500 through exercise each day??
