how deep should the needle go in?is ephedra safe to take while on sust?

those are the only 2 questions i have after i took my first shot ever in my life. was kinda nervous cuzz ive never done it before but that quickly went away.my delt, right at the area i shot it in is still sore.i should of asked this before i took the shot.

so how deep SHOULD the needle go in?i went in about half way and just did it.

i took ephedra this morning before working my chest and considering that my first shot was last night, my bench went up about 15 pounds, maybe because i took the ephedra and i was jumpy as sh!t or maybe just cuzz i took the sust last night.but, would i see better results of gaining if im off the ephedra, will the ephedra effect the sustanon 250 in any way?if so i REALLY need to know

also, last question, considering this is my first cycle, im on sustanon 250, how often should i inject sustanon 250?i was thinking once every 5 days.

Needle depth depends on where you shoot. 1 1/2 inch for glutes,
1 inch for quads, 5/8 for delts. Can't answer on the ephedra question. How many sust do you have and how long is your planned cycle?

BTW, I go 1" on Delts (need some size to do this) 1" on quads, and 1 and a half" on glutes.

BTW, if you are bulking, Id drop the ephedra.

depends on the needle length and the spot your shooting.

personally i use a 5/8 for delts (some use a 1inch) and i BURY it as far as i can into the muscle and aspirate and inject.

for quads/glutes i only use 1.5inch pushed all the way in.

if you don't push the needle all the way in its a lot harder to hold it steady while u aspirate and shoot with one hand... the needle jiggles around more and you end up causeing more muscle damage than if you had kept it completely steady. more scar tissure ect...

ephedra will hlelp get you amped up for the gym (kidna like a small adrenaline kick) but you'll definitly gain more from the sust. you probably just getting a placebo effect if you actually pushed an extra 15 on bench after 1 shot of sust that was last night. you need to be intense in the weightroom to maximize your gains.

ya i dunno whut was up, i usually hit around 200 for a set of 10 for my first set.this morning i hit 215 for a set of 12, im just going to play it safe and drop the ephedra BTW.yesterdays shot was in my left delt, this wednesday itll be in my right delt but i will make sure to ja it all the way in almost.

also i have 6 more vials left of sustanon.i got my first 2 vials free.i bought half a cycle to see if this stuff is legit(5 vials for 75$), if all goes well for the next 28 days then i will continue buying sust from him, and more of it.

as of now im just gonna stick with 250mg every 5 days.

Since you listed what you pay for the sust, You should expect some PM's or e-mails from people claiming they can get you better prices on gear. A word of advice, ignore them all.

I don't think a lot of people realize that ephedra can kill your appetite and make eating difficult during a bulk cycle. But aside from that I've always considered ephedra a "messy" drug. As in, it can mess you up. Enlarges your prostate, raises your blood pressure, give you limp dick, and can even give you palpitations. If you've ever taken 125 mg of ephedra, (Ephedrine Hydrochloride) and felt your heart beating through your chest than you know what I'm talking about. There are probably more people that have died from taking too much Ephedrine that steroids.

I agree. I watched a story on the news a while back, and this guy had a stroke and got severe brain damage and couldnt walk anymore.

I went and threw my ephedrine away....scared the shit outta me.
