Hot tubs, running, & gains + other questions

So, is using the sauna or hot tub after I lift helping or hurting gains? Also, does running or cardio affect leg muscle gains or upper body as well? My legs are naturally big and my upper body is small so if its just legs its no big deal.

Why is it easy for me to destroy my pecs during a workout to where Im sore for 3 days but other muscles I cant seem to break down? Is it isolation or are some people just like this. Ex. I can rarely get sore delts, and triceps seem to be hard to get real sore after a workout. I know how to push hard and have an intense workout believe me but I must be doing something wrong with technique or ?

What muscles does the dead lift build? All of them? I guess my gym is for pussies because we dont have a dead lift area. No area for cleans either.

Thanks for replies.

Sauna is awesome, try also jumping in cold water afterwards. Big shock, but great for your system.

Cardio ... will only hurt gains if it cuts into your calorie intake. If you can eat enough food to cover the lost energy, it will actually improve your gains because (and this applies more to intense cardio) it releases anabolic hormones within the body. Also it's good for you.
