Hope it's nothing -- back problems

Dammit, I'm not getting a break. Hurt my upper-left trap and right knee the other day, now hurt my left hamstring and my back today ballin'. I was with my friends and we decided to play, and I slipped at one point... my left leg bent backwards, and my body fell on top of it...

It hurt and I stopped playing, but I was able to walk about ten minutes after. It just hurts if I strain it by trying to run or anything. Luckily I could finish my chest workout tonight.

The thing is, I also feel alot of pain (well, not unbearable, but annoying when I twist left or right) in my mid/lower-back. I believe it's because of the way my leg was pulled, so it strained my back too. It only started happening after that, after all.

What should I do? I have back/shoulders tomorrow! I don't want to miss a week, I really don't. If the pain subsides (which I seem to be a relatively quick healer, so it should) should I just do my workout? And what if not? Should I work through it since it's only a pain when I twist sideways?
 
LOL this is SO wierd, I was playing basketball last night, and my friend did the SAME thing, he works out too, your name is not Mike by chance is it?, cause I know he has access to a computer next door from him, omg sooo wierd

he walked away 10 minutes later too, omfg ..hahhaaa
 
I fucked my back but good 2 weeks ago.Missed 2 days of work and thought I'd miss a good month in the gym.

Got some relafen(an anti inflammatory) and was back in the gym 4 days later.I skipped that weeks back workout and this week kept away from the lower back stuff.

I'd say give it a chance to heal as you could aggravate it worse than it is.
