IronLion: that's a funny story! Strange that someone'd not given something to a guy weighing over 300lbs....
Ok, when I started lifting (ca 4 years ago) i weighed 140lbs, now I weigh about 150 when i'm lean.
Thats a whopping lbm gain of ten pounds in four years. And I think I know quite enough about training and diet to say that that isn't my problem.
Now, should I do it now or wait a few more years gaining maybe 2-3 lbs a year?
