Honestly, how many lbs did you gain before AAS?

C3 I am not flaming at all just wanted to comment on some strange ass genetics you have...(good for you that is) 6'3 at 145lbs and you put on 45 lbs in 4 months. What the hell bro thats over 10lbs a month. Were you recovering from Chemotherapy or something....lol J/K but really that seems like a hell of a lot. Hell I hear of a lot of people on here saying the same thing. Why in the hell are people that gain like that even thinking about messing with AAS. Thats what I might hope to gain on a bulking cycle. If all who make honetsly gain like this I am truely envious. Not flaming I am just very jealous thats all

I credit mostly my lack of knowledge of training. That may sound strange, but all the mags, boards etc can make your head spin! I was unknownly always following a form of hit. Using only 2-3 work sets per body part a week, and eating lot's of home cooked meals. I also never used isolation movements or machines. I've always kept things simple, chins, bent over rows and deads for back, for example. I believe those were many things in my favor.

Plus, at 6'3 and 144.5lbs I was extremely underweight. I looked literally like a human pencil, and was tired of it. I would eat and eat, but nothing helped, until I found weights.

I really do wish I would have waited another 2-3 years until I started. Who knows how much further natural I could have gone. Maybe 225? 230? That should be a lesson for newbies out there. If you work hard, and eat, just do basics, you will gain, especially when you are young (18) like I was, lot's of test in your body at that age. Ride it out. I only waited a mere 3 years before taking the plunge, i should have waited at least 5-8.

I started training as a freshman in high school and I was 200 lbs at about 15% body fat when I graduated from high school I was 230 with 6% body fat. I trained all through college and when I got done there I was 260 lbs at 8 % bf... I started aas when I was 22 and I am now two weeks into my third bulking cycle at 308 and about 12%...

As a freshman in high school I weighed about 155, by the end of my freshman year in college I was about 190, granted I probably gained about 15 lbs of fat that year alone due to dorm food and lots of beer and liquor.

Several years later (like maybe 5) I weighed in at 230 but was fat. I dieted and cardioed down to 188, and felt way to skinny for my height (and in reality I really was a twig). I trained hard ot build myself back up since then, and ended up at 205 but I did regain some of the fat i lost. Hard to calculate how much (probably very little, Im a super hard gainer) LBM I gained.

Then I finally did a cycle, and went from 205 to 232. Granted I dd gain some fat, but damn, never felt stronger in my life. Just got done with my second cycle, and Im back down to 210, however Im leaner than I was @ 188 and stronger than when I was at 232.

Are you the guy in the picture, posing with the knife and fork? Also, how tall are you?

I am 6' 3'' ...I played Division 1 football and I had a great strength coach so my training and diet have always been good. I want to get up to 350 or so someday...for this cycle I'll settle for 325...on a side note I have to say fina is amazing! This is my first cycle with it and I feel like I'm gonna pop out of my skin...also I am having unbeliveable training sessions due to the slight bump in agression...although today I was squatting and I forgot my belt and the gym only has 1 extra and it was gone, some guy was walking around doing curls and shrugs with it on...I asked if I could borrow it and the little turd says no, I am usually pretty laid back but holy shit did this guy piss me off, I told him if he didn't let me use the belt I was going to shove a cambered bar up his ass(not that he even knows what one is)...I got the f'n belt

How tall are you guys now, and when you first put up your initial weight? I'm guessing that most of you are around 5'10 -6'1, at least I'm hoping....

I started at 140lbs when I was 17. I waited until I was 21, at 162lbs, a gain of 22lbs. I grew 1" between that period, and am 5'5". I'm 22 now at hovering at 170, and I believe I can hit 185-190 with this cycle, which should be pushing the weight my body will be able to maintain without gear.
