Its thick in the middle, and skinny in the lats. Whenever i workout,i can do all pulldowns and pullups, and still only my middle back will b sore. How the ell do i hit the outer lats good?
 
Try very narrow grip 70 degree Yates rows but with an overhand grip - 6 inches apart - hands on the smooth part.

The first time I tried this exercise I knew this was the answer!
