Hm. Should I go lift this morning or tomorrow?

See, I'm working a pretty odd shift at my job today, 3-8 (I usually do 9-5, but this is a favor to someone). Now, I woke up early, and I have like 3 hours to kill before I gotta get ready. Should I lift today? I'm not sure how much energy I'll have this time of day. I'm pounding down the milk right now. Gonna have something with a bunch of carbs in a minute.

Or, should I just wait until tomorrow, when I know I'll have a good workout?
 
i hate lifting in the morning man. if it was me i would lift at 8 when you get off

or even tomorrow
 
woah i didn't realize it was 11 already...i just woke up

yea go now if you already had a good meal at least an hour or two before

Meh, can't. I'll most likely end up leaving around 8:30. By the time I got home, it will be around 9:15. And my gym closes at 10. I'd still have to eat something too. I'd have to rush my ass off.
 
Go now! I have much better workouts in the morning. And, now you will have your night free! Also, I have more energy all day on the days i get up early and work out.
 
As an added note, I was planning on performing front squats, romanian deadlifts, calves, barbell curls, and hammer curls.

Although, my back has been taking a beating lately. I could probably use a day off.
