See, I'm working a pretty odd shift at my job today, 3-8 (I usually do 9-5, but this is a favor to someone). Now, I woke up early, and I have like 3 hours to kill before I gotta get ready. Should I lift today? I'm not sure how much energy I'll have this time of day. I'm pounding down the milk right now. Gonna have something with a bunch of carbs in a minute.
