you know i was just having a thought.. im not sure if its original or not but ill give it a shot. i cant HIT train while im on, i just dont feel like im getting the most out of the juice.. but i was thinking since your body becomes extremely catabolic coming off a cycle, it might be worth something to give this type of training a shot at that time. since you are supposed to keep the intensity high but not spend to long in the gym, this might keep your body from getting to catabolic.. just a thought. perhaps this way you can maintain more size and strength since you will still be pushing maximum poundage, without the pyramid which could exhaust your muscles and use up precious fuel. well maybe this is a lot of bable, i smoked a bowl to get hungry before.
