Earlier in the week, I did 295lbs on barbell rows for 8 reps.

are you parallel to thr grougn or at an angle??? Good lift I can't seem to lift that much on those eventhough my dead is pretty high and my seated rows are good. any advice one arms row I can do about 130-150 for about 10-12

Lord_Suston what did you do to your shoulder? i tore my R.cuff for the 2nd time 4 or 5 months ago. day before yesturday i got up 315 for 3 reps on flat bench, pretty good i thought for not flat benching at all for 4 or 5 months...i was suprised...still felt the pain in my shoulder though... :baby2:

well I'm PRing every week so, its kinda normal for me :)

I did RDL for 205x6 yesterday,

tommorrow I should be able to do 230lb barbell row for 6 reps, maybe I was pretty much on the limit last workout.
And 210x6 for bench press. Chins +30x6

I'm hoping :)

First I took some ibprofen to stop the swelling and stopped lifting for about 2 weeks, I got 1 deep tissue massage and use Icy hot every morning after a burning hot shower. Rehab I use about 5 lbs and layed down on a bench and rotated my arm forward and back, kinda like a baseball player, forearm and upper arm were always in an L-shape and nice slow movements EOD, after about 10 days my shoulder seemed fine, and I always warm up good now and were warm clothes so I don't cramp up, hope this helps.... plus a lot of stretching in the shower

I keep my back angled at 45 degrees. I pull the bar into the waist and return just slightly below knee level. I use an 18 inch grip. I have been performing these religiously since 1996.

As an alternative, I like to use dumbbell rows and t-bar rows in my routine.

All three of the exercises are the best thickness builders in my opinion.

I hit 335 on barbell rows for back tonight, got 4 up... my old high was around 265 last week for the same... I will note, that I was using wrist straps and a forward grip though.
