I have been eating clean and training hard for 3 weeks and have only lost 3 pounds. I started at 253 and went to 246 in 5 days and was stoked only to go back up to 250. I am not looking to lose weight only BF. You may be replacing fat with muscle which is a good thing. My goal would be to weigh 240-250 at 11% BF. I am getting there and so will you. Just switch things up every 4-6 weeks and keep training!
