Just wondering if anyone has had some hip pain after squating? I just finished my SQ w/o and feel like my hip/groin area is kinda tight, but not really in pain?? It feels like if I stretch it some more it will "click" and feel better ... almost like when you crack your knuckles?
It seems to be in my inner thight/pelvic area... This is pretty much the first time I felt it. The only thing I can think of it could have possibly been from was one time this week after waking up it felt kinda tight, which it does sometimes... I then stretched it a little and it clicked, like your knucles-not a break!! But dont really think this was causing it, or maybe it is .. Anyone had this before?
