I'm 17, new to this forum. Been doing weight training for around 10 months, 6 days a week (although 2 of those are at the gym where I do other things as well) for around 45 minutes per day. I noticed that my right arm was quite a lot bigger than my left and stronger (I am right-handed), so I attempted to correct this by taking less weight off the right-hand side of my bar so my left would be repping more. With dumbbells I also make sure I do around 2 sets more with my left bicep curling etc. However it apears as though the gap between my left and right bicep is getting bigger (right bicep getting more larger than the left) and it looks lop-sided. I can tel there's a big difference when feeling both, the right bicep is more prominent and larger. Just wanted to know if there's an advice?
