HGH first time, need help!!!!PLEASE

I want to use the HGH after my husband talking about it soooo much.

I am 5'6" 180lb and bofy fat is 38%, ( I know tooo high) my main reason to use it is to loose weight, i understand that there will be other benefits too.

I have been reading the forums but they are usualy taking to bulk up and in conbination with cycles.

I am lost as to how should i start and how much to take, as everyone say something different.
Every other day, or 5 on 2 off? 2iu or 3 iu?:confused:

Please help, i need your guys advice and knowledge here.:confused::confused::confused:

I forgot to say, I do work out, and lost 30 lbs, i am not just looking for a iracle pill. It is just that now it is hard to loose anything.
And i eat healthy too.
 
Congrats on the 30 lbs you lost so far and welcome to elite.

Please post up your exact diet.
Meal 1
1/3 cups oats
10 egg whites
Meal 2
4 oz chicken
1 cup green beans
Meal 3
1/2 cottage cheese
Meal 4
1 oz almonds
Meal 5
4 oz chicken
1 cup spinach
Meal 6
1 oz almonds

Also list your training lifting and cardio.

At your current stats I would not recommend taking anything. In all likely hood there is something in your diet or training that can be adjusted to help you get passed the plateau. For the record women's does of HGH can be as low as 1/2 an IU with a max IMHO of 2 IU. Also I am guessing your husband is taking more then HGH likely on some kind of test etc possibly T3. HGH on it's own will not have that significant of an impact it is normally stacked and works in in combination with other drugs.
 
I am not a huge HGH fan in general but if I can answer anything I will.
QT is right on the amount people use.
I know NPC national competitore (men) who only use 2iu's a day. These are 250lb guys. I can't imagine needing more than that.
The bottom line with HGH, or anything for that matter, is your diet will drive ALL of your results. Get that right and you will make great progress. Add in other things to supplement a perfect diet and it can speed up the process.
 
YUP superqt and slat will set you right. Just like I said in the pm's I think we can really help you on this forum with out the hgh for a wile. I would be willing to put in the time to help you.

Love HGH but I absolutely recommend getting down to 20% body fat before using. It will be so hard to see results until your body fat is much lower so why put your system through processing the hormone? Develop a great diet (we can help), a great training program (us again) and take this time to hone those two things in. It takes a little practice to figure out what works for you. If you are dead serious you'll see results quickly and can try the HGH and see much greater benefits from it.

P.S. add lipoflame from www.agxsports.com right before your workouts - great fat burner.
