ok,
ill give you advice and if you follow these few steps
youll be in the shape youre seeking.
1) re gh 1 iu is plenty
do 5 on and 2 off
it makes it more potent
2)re the weight you wanna drop
do cardio in the morning on a carb depleted stomach
only water untill you finish treadmill,
do not run walk fast , anywhere beetween 3.3 & 4.2 & incline level 10 or so
that will target any fat stored and shredded away
3)also gnc has a supplement called xpel , thats good to get rid of water, cut out sodium completely,eat foods like asparagus thats a natural dieuretic, and at gnc you could also get a suppliment called super digestive enzyme, that you take with your meals
it processes the food .
4) regarding being hungry heres the deal,
learn how to eat healthy , go shopping buy a variety of stuff make it interesting for yourself and you eat away smaller meals
one at a time healthy
also remember its important to have your 2 cheat meals a week
