A few of you seen some pics of me out of the gym after a while that I posted about a month ago.. well hehe.. I lied.. those were pics taken over a year ago (but I was out of the gym for about a year when I took them) and shit has went down hill from there.

I have been around and know my shit so I have decided i would try to motivate people by showing my results. I have been in the gym for about 2 weeks. Once I get over all this being sore as hell shit I will start up my "getting back" cycle. Currently I am nibbling on dbol but at about 15mg a day, what most of you would call a bridge but I had some extra and decided to nibble on it before I went full blast.

I don't have any very old pics of when I was bigger to post at the moment. I have never really liked taking pictures but I do have one with clothes on that I will get my hands on and scan. I was 5'10" and about 95 kilos (was in brazil and am to lazy to figure out what that is in lbs 2.2 is the multiplier for those who are wondering) that pic should go up by monday. I'll give you some pics every week or so.

When I started back at the gym I was 186 lbs and i am now at 196 lbs mind you some if this is water from the dbol.

I am using the 5 and the only tempo I am using is 3 seconds on esentric movement and 1 minute rest time between sets and 3 minute between excercises. I will move on to something different once my muscles are back in shape.

Currently I am doing NOTHING complex but using all simple movements with machines. Hammer streight for chest (normal an incline) dumbell flies (also incline) to keep my delts up to par with my chest and well.. its a good ending excersize to streach and work out at the same time. I am using isolated excersises for all of my leg movements except for squats (women like men that have an ass and well... I am not about to use that ass machine hehe), your basic curl routine and tricep routine. I do abs every day but without weights I figured out this little thing to do in the mornings and at night and it has given damn good results (I don't want bulky abs) basically it is a rotating crunch start squeezing the oblique then move to the opposite side while crunching holding for 2 seconds at each side and lowering just enough to not untense your abs. I do similar with legs. 100 in the morning 100 at night up to 200 when I can (I'm lucky to do 10 of them at a time right now. 0 cardio as I could care less about that at the moment.

Currently I am not eating clean but eating alot hehe. I don't really care about packing on the waste line as that is something that is easily trimed later. Your typical 1.2 gram of prot per kilo of lean body mass, drinking the shakes when they count, and getting about 3500+ calories a day... Depending on just how much mexican food I eat hehe.

When I start my cycle is will be a very simple basic sust only cycle (I'm just now getting back into it no need to over load) that will run about 2 months with a shitload of clomid so my nuts don't look like penuts.
