Hey guys, looking for a new routine!

Hello everyone, don't post in here much but I thought I would swing by and say hi!

I was looking on starting a new routine. I have been doing the same old routine for 9 years now :( I'm looking to cut for summer so I would be doing lots of cardio and weights with higher reps.

I was wondering if you guys could help me with some new workouts as well as a cardio regime! Mass karma will be awarded to my best choice!

I'm currently 5"11 240lbs bf is around 25%??

I'm also going to be on
500mg Sust
600mg primo as well as NTBM supps
Proviron also

The only thing that matters for fatloss is diet and cardio. The best routine is the one your not currently doing. After you switch it up your body will be shocked and change. Then it will adapt and plateau. This is why your training must be constantly changing to avoid adaptation. There is no perfect routine. Try doing a different variation of your current routine. Use heavier weights for a couple weeks, then reduce weight and increase volume. Manipulate the rep ranges. Try drop sets and overloads. Another good curve ball is super sets and giant sets.

yes i know that, but thats why im asking, i want opinions on some peoples routines. i just need a change and want some new exercise routines. what is everyone doing lately?

You know bro there are other ways then doing high reps and cardio to bring out that definition.
Right now I have my gurl DMK777 doing a 5x5 towards the very same end. She is in the Recomp competition.
Right now her lifts are dam impressive to me and to everybody else and she is cutting down nicely.
The reason that the 5x5 works is we are limiting cals and that program makes for a pretty dam nice pulse of your very natty GH.
So if your interested let me know bro and best regards.

Ok bro. Google StrongLifts 5x5.
That is the template/workout program that you would use. You would prolly wanna add in 2 biceps and 2 triceps excersizes but its not mandatory.
For diet you would wanna start out at maintenance plus 200cals or so.
You would workout 3 days per week. Now I know you are gonna think thats not enough LOL believe me bro it is plenty!
Check that out and then post up your thoughts.
