True, but I don't like the idea of losing muscle mass. On those doses of clen/t3 the deca will not spare enough muscle. I'm with you on the test. 400 mg of enathate a week (no tapering up and down) would be a much better choice, an I would cut the t3 off at 37.5-50 mcg. Since he is 19% bf he is probably an endo or a meso-endo, and he probably will not do well on low carbs with low fat.
 
i will run 200mg of deca straight through and t3 at 50mcg straight through and clen i will still pyramid i am using deca to keep some of the muscle gains at the end of cycle

I'd pyramid the T3 also, especially if you've never used it before. And can you get your hands on test? Or do you already have the deca?

Also, throw those exercises I named into your mix somewhere (at the beginnings of your workout days, because they're all heavy compound movements).
 
Thoughts from a girl ........ so take them as you wish :)

1) It is my understanding that T3 needs to be pyramided - especially down. I would think that stopping it cold turkey at 100mcg is going to cause some thyroid issues. I was under the impression that when using T3, you must come off it slowly, by slowly lowering your dose to help the thyroid....

2) You are heavily machine-dependent for all body parts, especially on Leg day. Get away from machines and do some free weights.... machines definately have their place, but shouldn't be the ONLY thing used. If you do a serious workout of Squats and Deadlifts...you'll find no need for all that isolation work (leg extension, leg curl).

3) Maybe re-think the bread and do a Low-Carb Tortilla instead. Also, no need for a banana so late in the day. If you are eating fruit, it probably should be eaten eariler in the day to get a bigger chance to be burned off.

4) I know you are drinking 10 "glasses of water"..... how big are those glasses? What is the total amount for the day? You need to aim for AT LEAST 1 gallon, if not closer to 2 gallons if you are taking Clen and T3.
