Hi there, I need advice on a bulking diet im about to take, im 5’6, 135pounds, ectomorph, hard gainer, will go on a cycle of t400, ill estimate bf at 16%, with a mostly sedentary life style. I m getting out of a keto diet in wich I lost 20some pounds now looking to bulkup. Supplemented with, optimen, cla caps, fish oil caps, im shooting for 2025 cals, 200-270 prot, 203-283 carbs, maximum of 60grams of fat even less if i can
