Why do you want to keep your calories at 4k a day but limit your protein??

it seems like to much protein to be taking in... i am trying to gain weight and i am training alot for football with weights and drills... so i want alot of calories...if this amount of protein isn't bad, then i will stick with it.

so relative to my weight (190lbs) over 300 grams of protein isn't bad? just to clearify it.
thanks alot for the feed back... other than the protein... how does my over all food intake look?

Looks good bro... keep traininf and if your not gaining weight; Increase overall intake, add some mini-meals throughout the day if needed.

DO NOT forget, Water is the transporter of all nutrients. You should drinking water all day... probably 1.5 gallons total by the end of the day with all the food and training.
