Help out with workout and diet?

So i have been reading on this website alot and i thought hmm why dont i just ask my questions instead of reading all day everyday. I've been working out since August 1st I was 170 now dropped to 160, 18 yrs old, 6'0. My goal is pretty simple, just to get a 6pac, so i guess you can say cutting, i have a visible 4pac when i flex and i notice sometimes without flexing in some angles, but my body fat% has stayed 11.5 for almost a month now everytime i measure it at Xport, im wondering what has gone wrong? Here is my usual workout for EVERYDAY

Lunges 10 x 3 with weights
Fist pushups/Mountain Climbing together, 12 pushups and 30 secs of running x 3

Squats 10 x 3
Turkish get up 4 x 3
Elevated Leg raises 30 x 3 (freeze them in air and lower them gradually, or just raise them up and down)

Weighted Squats with weights on back shoulder 10 x3
Standing Leg raise 10 x 3
Calf Raises 25-30 x 3
Situps/Crunches/BikeLegWorkout/Plank(Together right after the other)x3

Concentration Curls 12-15 x 3
Inclined Reverse Crunches 15-25 x 3
Clean/Press 10 x 3

Vertical Leg crunches 25 x 3
Deadlifts 10 x 3
Pull ups 10 x 3


And once or twice a week i would not do this and instead go to xport to do jogging 10 mins warmup, other workouts, 5 min jogging again, other workouts, then finish the hour with 5 mins jogging.

My diet and eating would usually go like this
Wake up 8:30 {Eat Oatmeal{original quakers} Raw with a spoon :), or make it with fat free milk}1-2 packets i eat 1 packet i feel like ill gain weight if i do 2.
Then school until 12 20 and i get home at 12 40 and eat something like eggs,or tuna on 1 slice of wheat whole grain bread, or maybe even oatmeal again.{i was wondering if wheat bread is really ok for my situation?
Then my workout comes in usually 1 hour after i eat, so 1:40 to 2:40 i workout
2:45 Protein Shake With Water only, sometimes add in banana, or no banana and itll be with fat free milk instead{ Not sure how to handle that situation cuz i get a bunch of mixed answers online}
3:20 I will eat something{ Not sure what this should be} Today it was a packet and half of oatmeal and a can of tuna on 1 slice of wheat bread, soo like 30 Protein to 40 carbs digested?{ But i dont know how the oatmeal complex carbs or wheat bread would react to my workout}
After this i eat at 6 20 and 9 20 usually Pure protein meals with little carbs
So i usually Eat 5-6 times a day which is good but Im not sure if im timing my foods right, the one before workout and the ones after workout.
I usually do Whey with milk or Whey water only but i hear adding a banana would be best cuz of the sugar and to shuttle the protein or something.

Also if you would be kind enough to inform me of complex carbs after working out is it good even after lets say 1 hour or 2? or stick to simple. and simple or complex for breakfast.., and would wheat bread be complex or fine to eat before and after workout... Thats all my questions really, i have some more about weights or cardio first and If i should change my workouts even though i am seeing results after 2 months, just feels like im doin somethin wrong or heading in a wrong direction all of a sudden, with the whole carb idea and not being sure of what to eat and when, or what before sleep.
