Hey guys. I need some help here. I'm trying to get buff, but I'm not going for strength or power for football or powerlifting or anything like that. The only sport I'm going to play is probably tennis(don't laugh
). I want to look sexy. For girls, you know. I also want to build up a bit of endurance and stamina. How should my diet/workout routine look like? Right now I'm almost 16, weigh 135 lbs(some muscle, less fat than average person), bout 5"6. Come on guys, help me get sexy! Then get sex.
