Help! I'm still losing weight!

Damn. Wish I had that problem.

You can expect to gain some fat while bulking. They key word is "some." If you're pretty strict you can gain 1-2 lbs of fat for every 5 lbs of muscle, resulting in little bf% difference most of the time. I tend to cheat (eating lots of ice cream and carbs at night) and put on some more. I would suspect that you're not eating enough. Given that you're 130 lbs, it should be easy for you to get the required nutrients in.

12 cal/lb x 130 lb = 1560 calories = maintenance calories, go over that by 500 cals? Break those calories into 5-6 meals though making sure you get low GI sugar, protein and fats (mono/polyunsaturated). Protein should be 1 g/lb bodyweight...and when you take your protein shakes, take it IMMEDIATELY after the workout and spike your insulin with a gatorade or some type of simple high GI sugar. And have a shake before bed...then sleep 7-8 hours.

He's 130 lbs. He can go more than 500 calories over his maintenance each day. Hell double his maintenance would be much better.

As of now i have one shake when i get up, one in the afternoon after my workout, and one before i go to bed. Other than that, the only liquid i drink is water, i haven't had a bottle of soda or juice in about 3 months since my diet, just seems kind of pointless when i can have a hamburger or something else good with the same carbs as a 20 oz coke.

How many carbs are you eating a day??

It better not ne less than your protein intake!!

This is what i eat everyday

-Breakfast-

Protein Shake
Whole wheat toast

-Lunch-
4 Slices Turkey on Whole wheat
1 Stick of String Cheese

-Snack- (After Gym)
4 Egg Whites
Protein Shake

-Dinner-
Usually some kind of meat, chicken or pasta with rice and veggies
Protein Shake right before bed.

My protein intake has to be somewhere over 200 since i am getting 150 just from the three shakes, but my carb intake i am sure is no where near that on most days. Should i eat complex carbs like bread or pasta, or are carbs in soda and sugary stuff important to eat too?

You need to buckle down and EAT!!!!

I don't see how a diet like that can promote growth. . .

Your carb and fat intake is incredibly insufficient.

Always and I mean always eat complex carbs. . .forget about that sugary stuff (cakes, donuts, and candies - no nutritional value what so ever).

Buckle down and take your ass to the buffet every couple of days. . most buffets range between 5 to 8 dollars and you can always get your moneys worth.

What ever you do, never starve yourself!!!

Protein intake should never exceed carb intake. . you need to stick to these following guidelines:

55 percent - CARBS
30 percent - PROTEIN
15 percent - FAT

Good luck. . . now go EAT!!
