i am about to start my diet again (low carb/good carb) but I have this problem that I always eat this huge dinners. I eat several times throught the day but it always eat too much at dinner time, even if not hungry. It almost feels like I have traind myself to eat a lot at dinner time, I also get this sense of relief and relaxation from the dinner after a long workday......
Anything I can do to avoid this? I feel like if I dont get it under control my diet wont be succesful.

I always eat a lot for breakfast and eat snack, lots water before dinner time....but no luck.

I had the same problem with almost every meal...lol
I was emotionally unstable, very unstable, and very overworked. I basically forced myself to change. I put myself in a really crappy mood and felt like I didn't know what I was doing for about 2 days (because I was getting used to it). As soon as I felt my body let go of all the tension the food was weighing on, I felt a lot better and slowly got used to it. You have to really force yourself in this case. Make yourself relax. If it's an option, take a large meal and eat only half - saving the rest for later. However, knowing myself, I would never be able to just "leave it" unless I'm in a really good mood :) Try your best. Overcome your worrying and understand that food becomes a drug when overconsumed. Probably even the worst drug anyone could ever take.

eat a fuckload of fiberous veggies at dinner and drink a tonne of water.

are you consuming any artificial sweeteners? I find that they make me crave food bigtime.
