hey im 6'1 170....and even though i dont look to big ive been working out a shitload 4 the past year or se with minimal gains. i eat like a horse and pretty healthy...lots of pretein...creatine didnt do shit 4 me...i work at a gym and 1 of the trainers there put me on this routine that ive been doing 4 the past couple months but i feel its time 2 change...so if u guys could help me put something 2gether id really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!thanks

my reps usually go 10,8,6,14....i eat 5-6 meals a day.thanks u 4 ne advice u guys give me

Bro that routine is HORRIBLE. You work shoulders before chest, a larger group? Go to the women's board, and read Realgains post on proper training, you will grow. A similiar way to train is by Dogcrap, check him out too. Looks like it's time for some HIT for you.....
 
I think your diet is as much a factor as your workout, if not moreso. You eat like a horse you say? Let's see your diet. It sounds like you've also been blessed/cursed with a lightning metabolism which will make growth more difficult, but certainly not impossible.

Also, did you take the creatine properly? Did you take it every day? Did you give it at least six weeks before you decided it was worthless? Most people for whom creatine supposedly does not work, have not done this. Plus another trap people fall into with creatine is to expect AAS-type gains from it. Creatine works, in my experience, but not like gear.

So anyway, post up your diet.
 
by writting this i did want 2 get bashed..im simply a 17 year old trying 2 learn as much as possible 2 obtain the body i want...i know i am in no position 2 judge whats right and whats wrong so i jus take every1's 2 cents and try 2 put it all 2gether...if some1 could help me out with a diet/weight lifting program that has been known 2 be effctive please respond...cause i come on here looking 4 some answers 2 my problems...thanks a lot...oh and i was taking creatine only on training days after my workout....what would be the optimal way 2 take it???

The best way to take creatine: Take it every day at roughly the same time. On training days take it right before you work out.
