hey im 6'1 170....and even though i dont look to big ive been working out a shitload 4 the past year or se with minimal gains. i eat like a horse and pretty healthy...lots of pretein...creatine didnt do shit 4 me...i work at a gym and 1 of the trainers there put me on this routine that ive been doing 4 the past couple months but i feel its time 2 change...so if u guys could help me put something 2gether id really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!thanks
