Robert "Herkulees" Sparkman, here are his lifts (Note these are from 2 years ago, I can't find his latest numbers):

Trap bar deadlift: 500 x 15
Stiff-legged dead: 410 x 10
Deadlift: 410 x 20
Partial dead: 915 x 10
Deadlift (lockout): 1100 x 1
One-hand deadlift: 500 x 1
Squat: 400 x 20 to parallel
Squat bottom 2 inches above parallel: 642 x 1
Quarter squats: 855 x 20
Bench press 235 x 22
Bent-over row: 325 x 5
Suitcase lift: 318 x 1
Military press (lockout): 600 x 1
Farmers walk: 516 lbs (258 per hand) for 200 feet
776 lbs (388 per hand) for 17 feet

BY THE WAY, he is NATURAL, and here is his current routine:

OH Press 1 x 6-10

Ab, Neck, Grip Work

Oh but wait, that's SURELY not enough volume is it? Maybe because he recovered and ate properly every week he was able to add a little bit of iron to the bar CONSTANTLY.

There used to be quite a few of him at cyberpump.com, but I'm not sure if they're still around or not. I can't exactly check since it's a pay site now. (The fee is pretty insignificant, like 5 dollars for a year, IIRC. But I'm broke, and I don't particularly want to pay anyhow since they tend to expouse the same kind of full-body HIT routines and advice oriented thereto. Plus, I've seen plenty of free sites with as much [useful] information.)

The pics I've seen are on cyberpump, which is a pay site (10 dollars for life). He's a big guy (obviously) I believe 6'0 260 lbs

By the way apparently his lockout deadlift is at 1165 lbs now. His partial I believe is 952. Those are the only updated lifts I know about.

We are making friends quickly, aren't we:) :bfold:

Some of his lifts just sound odd...really makes me wonder about if they are true, what kind of equpment he was wearing, and how SHORT of a ROM he was using.

Deadlift 410 x 20: That just strikes me as odd and really not that strong. That was 'decent' for the competitors in the Light Weight division at NASS Nationals this year...

Partial Dead 915 x 10: Anyone else see something 'fishy' about this? A poor full deadlift but a high partial? How partial is this...1-4"?

Bench Press 235x22: I'd like to think that I could get 30+ with 225...EASILY.

Bent-over row: 325 x 5: Yeah...and?

Farmers walk: 516 lbs (258 per hand) for 200 feet: I saw the under 200 pound lightweights use 255 in each hand last year at Boston...for 200'.

I'm really not for sure what you are trying to prove here... I am sure that he is a decently strong guy though.

I couldnt think of a reason to post other than to pay homage to a real life genetic hero. Now seeing is that you think this program can work for everyone I can come to one conclusion;

You have your own ideas and methods of what works pertaining to the world of bodybuilding and weight training.

That does not mean that people shold and will agree with you. The average person will never be able to deadlift that amount of weight. lol Nor should he expect to.
