this isnt for the people who love working out everyday including me, but i am just curious
i have seen people use this "TYPE" of routine and blow up.
basically instead of working out 1 body part per day .you are working 3-4 body parts in one day then skip 4 days and do the other half of the body(3-4 parts). since it takes a week for the muscle to heal there would be no point in working them out again in the week. so you are working out twice/week.
i dont know why people did this when i was in high school and they would ALWAYS blow up. seems it would be alittle easier also!
