As far as working out goes, two sets per bodypart - thats it. In the past, I would do 12-15 sets per body part and never was able to look even half as good as I do now. I attribute it all to eating a perfectly clean and perfected diet. I do cardio every morning before eating and probably 5x per week at night. IMO, cardio is only neccesary to reach extreme low levels of BF.
