Regular beer has about 1.1g protein and 7.5g carbohydrates per bottle. The rest of the calories are from alcohol. While that's far from tons of carbs, an 8 beer night will have a lot of extra carbs in it.
Fuck man, They’re both pretty hard on the body. I would have to say that hard bar is better for you than beer. But if your mixing rum and cokes, the addition of the coke is going to make the drink worse for you than beer. So I say go drink whatever, get hammered, but don’t do it every night.
Ohh... and if you’re going to drink beer, drink something from Canada. Tastes much better!
