Who here does hanging leg raises? I started them today (the felt awesome!) but wasn't sure if my form was correct.
I used a hammer style grip and held a 1/4 rep pull up throughout my set lifting my legs to 90degress and then back down as slow and controlled as possible - concentrating on not swinging at all.
I also tried just hanging and doing them but I didn't have as much control as I did when holding the 1/4 pull up position. Is it ok to do them this way or should I do them from a complete hanging position?
