Lately I've been too assed out on leg day to properly work my hams. I might actually start doing this myself. I train back three days after legs so it shouldn't be a problem.
This should work well for squatpuke since he trains back on day 1 and legs on day 4. I don't think I would be too successful at hitting hams the day before quads.
I guess my hams get worked everytime i go to the gym as I do squats everytime I go to the gym...
