Hammies on Leg Day....

Lately I've been too assed out on leg day to properly work my hams. I might actually start doing this myself. I train back three days after legs so it shouldn't be a problem.

This should work well for squatpuke since he trains back on day 1 and legs on day 4. I don't think I would be too successful at hitting hams the day before quads.

I guess my hams get worked everytime i go to the gym as I do squats everytime I go to the gym...
 
i split my legs into 2 seperate days and the results have been very good.

Agreed. My hammys (along with claf) are my weak points...they need extra work and priority!

At the moment im working legs twice a week:-

Monday - Total body (plus extra hammy work)

Bench/Deads/Squats/cleans and 2 hammy exercises

thursday - Legs

Hack squat/Leg Press/Extension or lunge & 2 hammy exercises

Usually RDLs as main mass builder with standing leg curls one day, then lying leg curls with seated leg curls other.

If my hams were behind I would do that exept change the exercises, I would do something like this. RDL & Seated Leg Curl one day then GHR & Lying Leg Curl the other day.

Hamstrings are worked with my squats 3 times a week, deadlifts, RDL & hypers thought so I think Ill be alright :p
