I wouldn't know. But maybe I will try that. I need a dip belt for donkey calves, and I need to make a contraption out of 2x6 board for a step to do calves. And maybe on quad/ham day I'll do heavy ass calves for 30-45 minutes

And yep, I was shocked as well when I saw the numbers!
 
Donkey's are the shit. I've just been havin my lifting partner hold weights when he's up there(he only weighs 120) My current fave is loading seated calve w/weight that I can do like 8-10 and then stripping it by 10 lbs till I fail. Also, dabbled in occlusion training and the pain is unreal.
