I had a heart attack 6 months ago! I jumped back into the cardio pretty fast and am hitting the weights again. I've always used nitro/cell-tech when i lifted before. I talked to my doctor about taking these supplements he said to stay away from anything that would raise my testosterone because it would also raise my cholesterol. Nitro tech seems safe as its just a protein powder. Anyone know if Cell-tech (creatine) raises your testosterone levels?
thanks for any input,

Hi Mike
Sorry to hear about your problem..... Whey protein in normal quantities will do you no harm whatsoever and should have a positive benefit during your rehab. Cell-tech I would avoid due to the high sugar content, albeit Dextrose, but your diet should be aimed at avoiding anything that could assist cholesterol increase. It may be worthwhile looking into Sesamex and even discussing this with your medical practitioner. Here's some info that was posted by Ulter. Hope this helps and good luck.
