Thanks bro, we'll see if you keep at it you'll pass me up... And I'm always down to spot, I know the feeling of wanna go big and nobody's there to spot..

She is right. It wont get the same size as the one your training but it will help heal. Eat lots of protein, and herbs/vit to help with healing. I forget names. Google it. if you dont wnna go natty with it get some GH. worked for Andy Petit.
 
since all i can train hard at the moment are legs....how many times a week do you think i can train em without overtraining.
