Oh you could add meat if you wish I guess....

I leave off the sauce, too many carbs, and add the spinache meat and goat cheese!

Ooooh, with goat cheese sounds yummy!! But really would 1 tblsp of spaghetti sauce really add too many carbs??? The fiber would send it right out! It's for flavor, gotta have flavor mang!

Fat = flavor

goat cheese = fat

meat = fat and flavor

spinach = flavor


If God(dess) didn't want us to eat animals he/she wouldn't have made 'em out of meat! ;)

i didn't say antything about the meat I just thought you were leaving off the sauce for carbs and I can't see it really being that many carbs....

sauce = flavor too!!
 
you can handle alittle carb sss
if not then think of the lycopene vitC and acidifying qualities of the tomato sauce
if all else how about a big ass slice of fresh tomato?

speaking of sauce.. and CARBS.. my mom is making lasagne for Easter. I'm in trouble!
