I've read plenty and did read your site (that sells green tea). I believe that green tea has only slightly better antioxidant properties than black tea and that is mainly due to how it is processed. Intrinsically there is virtually no difference, and the truth is the biggest differences in health benefits come from how long you brew it. Using more bags and steeping rather than boiling yield the same results as using loose leaf.
I have researched it bro and we may just have to agree to disagree on this one!

Its a within green tea comparison Mr. Peabody, not across types of teas. I hope you didn't study for med school like this, if so - please don't operate.

Also Theodore, when you say "the truth is the biggest differences in health benefits come from how long you brew it" are we speaking about, weight loss, cancer prevention(if so what type), cholesterol reduction...

I hope you don't try to submit a journal manuscript with the level of specificitity in your writing, I would reject it without a review.

Med school? I'm no Dr. although I have played one on occasion at closing time in the bar while wearing the scrubs that I often wear! "Medical" is a name I chose because it was close to my business name and my web-site name and I got lazy on thinking up new names! I have a medical background but I ain't no Dr, thank god! :)

I hope you know I'm just goofing, who cares if Kano croaks or gets fat, not me.

Thanks for playing along bro! Karma to you.

:) I'm out of my meager 4 K hits for the day apparently! I am starting to have some fun on this board now though!
