Yes use 200mg per meal and then adjust from there. You should be able to go to 300mg if you really need to because your eating like a slob, sorry, I mean eating heavy amounts of high GI carbs. At this time we really don't think anyone needs more than 200mg per meal and no more than 600mg in a day. Shits expensive so don't use more than you need to.

now yohimburn on the other hand has been a disaster hate to say it. But it actually MADE ME gain weight, and lose on the abs, by gaining water in those areas. The whole opposite effect of even using it. So i just stopped it cold turkey and gonna see how it looks like in 3 weeks. If i look more ripped and better, it was yohimburn's fault.

What if your body doesnt put on fat to begin with? Im 24 and maintain 8-9%bf no matter what I eat. Is r-ala still beneficial to muscle growth?(Ive read the archives, but still uncertain):confused:

Yep... r-ALA is playing havoc with my "self control." I just went out for a typical mid-afternoon snack... two huge Cosco Polish dogs and a jumbo hand dipped icecream bar rolled in almonds. I eat like this all the time and r-ALA keeps from gaining b/f.
