Fucking sick. Did some standing presses and I love the way the fat grip distributes the weight. They pumped the shit out of my forearms too.

Did some pinwheel curls and the 30lbers felt like 60s.

I couldn't pull 225 off the ground double overhand though. Prolly gonna work on some double overhand holds at the end of my DL work.

They are very cool and highly recommended.

I think you will be humbled. I can hook 405 for 5 and I couldn't get 225 past my knees without dropping it. My grip was already fatigued though.

i been thinking about getting these

how would u trian with them?

i mean im deadlifting 500-600, so think it be hard holding that with fat grips ahahahaha

I'm mainly gonna use them for OHP, curls, and tricep extensions. Maybe some benching too. The fat grip distributes the weight in a way where extension and presses will be less taxing on the elbows while working the forearm to a larger degree.

I doubt they will add much to your DL training. Maybe some timed holds with 50% of your 1RM for extra grip work. If you're ripping 600 from the floor without straps you already have a solid grip.

i was more interested in using them to build bigger forearms rather then worry about my grip

but they would be good for curls, extensions and presses liek you

no way i could ever train back with them

mite need to look into them

I totally agree with the back training. Maybe some chins, but I highly doubt I will ever use them for rows or deads. I'm really looking forward to trying some extensions with the fat gripz. I usually reach a point in training that my elbows can't take any more added weight, but my tris can definitely move it.

Interesting. I wouldn't mind giving those a shot. I'll have to put them on my "want" list. LOL

The gap on the inside is as wide as an olympic bar so they fit snug.
