Good marinades????????

I've used this as a glaze on chicken, but I think you could marinade it: orange juice, honey, spices. Mix together. Yum!

Also, orange juice, mustard, garlic, salt & peper are good too.

Check the labels but Lawry's make all kinds of different flavors.

Orange juice marinade is good.
I cook fish in milk with dill and lemon slices.

Italian marinade is good, Honey- mustard, Barbecue sauce, chili powder, garlic-cliantro with olive oil, worchestshire sauce, soy sauce(light) and honey, maple syrup with apple chips (more of a baking sauce)...etc.

There are a number of good websites that can yield recipes-- try a yahoo search... Right now, I am getting hungry!

I was reading somewhere, I think C&C, that someone just uses plain lemon juice to marinate their chicken in thats prob. good.

Orange-Soy Marinade

(Best with delicate-flavored fish.)

1-1 1/4 pounds fillets of mahi-mahi, tilapia or catfish
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey

Combine all ingredients in a glass baking dish just large enough to hold the fish in a single layer. Place the fish in the dish, turning to thoroughly coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, but no longer; if left in for more than 60 minutes, the fish will begin to break down. Turn the fish over 2 or 3 times. Remove the fish from the marinade and put it on the grill. Use a hinged grill basket with long handles to prevent fillets from falling apart when you flip them over. The basket can be placed directly on the grill.
