My whole routine I put together for Shoulders and Tris went like this. I will also be taking away one exercise per wek and adding in a new one.
Shoulders
Standing Shrugs
Upright Barbell Row
Standing Dumbell Ltaeral Raises
Tris
Seated Half Press
Close Grip Bench
Skull Crusher
Finished off with 2 sets of Dips with a 25 lb weight max both times
All other exercises I do 4 sets 12,10,8,6 I make sure I do this on fri because Sat and Sun is my day off so i can rest up
