Good Joint Support Supps?

Hey folks,

I've noticed lately that my connective tissue (at least that's my best guess) in my arms around my biceps are hurting a ton after working out. It's starting to seriously impact my workout.

What's worse is that my right shoulder is starting to feel the same thing... It's a little worrysome for me, because I don't want to stop the routines I'm doing.

Do you guys know anything that could help knock out the pain or something that could help in general?

I asked this question of my Orthopedic Surgeon after my Knee surgury.
His response was that:

these 2 supps won't hurt you
They won't grow cartiledge In his Opinion
One may have an Analgesic effect
Try them and see

Glucosamine and Chondratin are good, but Ive taken this for a long time as I like to run and train for triatholons. The stuff is called Synflex, try it for a month and if you don't notice results, you are in really bad connective tissue shape. This stuff took away my runner's knees.

I take a Vitamin C with my Glucosamine Chondroitin and get some hydrolyzed collagen in there as well (Jello/Gelatin).

I take Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM twice a day. I really can't lift heavy or snowboard without them, and will probably have to take them the rest of my life.

They really make a big difference for me, I can tell when i don't take it, and I know it's not a placebo effect either.

samE is also supposed to help joints (also supposed to be good for depression)...but it is mega-expensive.

Elasti-Joint by Labrada is amazing! It has 1500mg Glucosamine, 1200mg Chondroitin, 2000mg MSM and i believe it's either 2 or 3 grams of collagen in each scoop. It's the best I've ever used. You mix it with water, it's a powder. It doesn't taste all that bad either, kinda like cough syrup. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.:)
