Stats: 19 in college
5'11, 153lbs
I am currently at a crossroads. I have been trying to add clean mass, and was doing well until a month and a half ago. Since then, I have developed a binge-eating disorder. I have put on quite a bit of fat on my belly, but I still need to gain weight.
This is my usual breakfast
1 cup(dry) oatmeal
1 apple
1 TBSP anpb
1 cup cottage cheese
So, what do you think. Any suggestions. Also, have any of you gone through binge eating? I was doing fine but something just snapped and I now I have a huge belly with skinny arms. Any tips, I feel I am going to have to go to counseling.
