i decided to give 5x5 a try today. heres what im gonna be doing:
barbell curl 5x5
hammer curl 2x10
preacher db curl 2x10
t-bar row 5x5
pull-ups 2xfailure
db row 2x10
shrugs 5x5
ill prolly do the back stuff first, then bicep, and shrugs last. whatya guys think of this split?
