I've seen that many people have gained great strength gains due to GOMAD. My question is, does one have to eat about 3000 calories of regular food on top of a gallon of whole milk to gain strength and muscle? If I have a gallon of whole milk and just enough other food to have a calorie surplus of 300-500, and have some multivitamins for health's sake, wouldn't that minimize the fat gain while allowing me to grow in strength rapidly?
